Cozy communal lounge ideal for relaxing after exploring.
During my stay, I encountered numerous issues with noise from other guests, which kept me awake. The shared bathroom situation was frustrating, as only one out of two had essential amenities like soap. my room had a skylight without a blind, causing the morning light to flood in and disrupt my sleep.

The place has a charming Victorian style, which gives it a nice character. The communal kitchen is well-stocked and the self-check-in system made things smoother.
I faced some issues during my stay. Noise from other guests was quite bothersome. the thin walls didn't help, and the other residents often ignored quiet hours. The shared bathroom facilities were a hassle, especially since only one of two bathrooms had soap, and the pressure on one unusable shower was dreadful. Plus, the skylight in my room let in way too much light, ruining my sleep with those early sunrises. Not to mention, the electronic door keypad often acted up, making entry a bit frustrating at times. there were some comfort-related shortcomings.

missingWrote a review on Oct 20helpful communicationwell stocked kitchennoisy environmentpoor bathroom facilities
The location felt convenient for exploring Belfast. The owners provided helpful communication and clear check-in instructions, which made my arrival smoother. The shared kitchen was well stocked with various breakfast supplies, including store-bought breads and multiple non-dairy milk options, which I appreciated. I faced several issues. The noise from other guests and the street made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom situation was less than ideal. I expected a private bathroom but ended up with a shared one, and there were only basic supplies like hand soap. The shower also had major issues. poor water pressure and a broken door meant it was practically unusable. the skylight in my room allowed too much early morning light, disrupting my sleep. While I enjoyed the overall cleanliness and the kitchen, the noise and bathroom facilities significantly impacted my stay.

The location is fantastic, putting the best of the city just a stroll away. The shared kitchen is impressively stocked, allowing for simple meal prep or DIY breakfast, although some food items are best brought along, like cold cuts. The shared bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, offering lovely hot showers. noise from other guests during the night was noticeable, and the limited number of bathrooms could be a hassle during peak times. the self-check-in process may be somewhat confusing on arrival due to lack of visible signage.

I was really impressed with how cozy the communal areas were, especially the comfortable lounge and game room for unwinding after a long day. The coffee and tea setup was perfect for early mornings, and having a mini-fridge in the room was a plus! Just be aware that the shared bathroom situation can be a bit tricky in the mornings, so plan accordingly. ☕

Convenient Location with Room for Improvement
The location offered easy access to explore the city, but my stay was marred by several issues. The shared bathroom's soap shortage and an unusable shower reduced comfort. For a restful night, consider a room away from the noise of other guests. Breakfast options were very limited.
